2. Press down on top of radiator hose.

3. Slowly fill with coolant up to MAX mark on expansion tank. See

Fig. 4

4. Close bleeder screw in coolant hose to heater core.

5. Start engine and run approximately 1500 RPM for 2 minutes maximum. At same time fill coolant up

to over-flow hole on expansion tank.

6. Install expansion tank cap.

7. Run engine until radiator fan comes on at least once.

Check coolant level and to

-off if necessar

NOTE: When engine is at normal operating temperature, coolant level must be

on MAX. When cold, between MIN and MAX marks.
